Prodigy Graphics runs this website. Our address is Shop 4, The Village Square, Plumstead, Cape Town. These terms cover your use of the website and the quote form. Each job we do is agreed separately, in its own quote.
Information on this website
The content on this website, including our guides, is general information to help you plan a project. We work to keep it accurate and up to date. It is not professional advice for your own situation. Check anything important with us before you rely on it. The photos show past work for other clients. We make your job to its own specification.
Quotes, prices and availability
When you send the quote form or a message, you are asking for a quote. You are not placing an order. A quote is only binding once Prodigy Graphics confirms it in writing. Each quote confirms the prices, materials and availability for your job. These depend on the details of your job, such as the size, the artwork and the site conditions.
Your artwork and files
When you send us artwork, logos, photos or other files, you confirm that you own them or have the right to use them. You also confirm that we may reproduce them for your job. Please do not send us anything that uses someone else’s copyright or trade mark without permission. You are responsible for the content of the artwork you send. You are also responsible for checking and approving proofs before production.
Our content
The text, photos and designs on this website belong to Prodigy Graphics or to the people who own them. You may share links to our pages. Please ask us before you copy our content for commercial use.
Liability
We take reasonable care with this website. We cannot guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors. As far as the law allows, Prodigy Graphics is not liable for any loss that comes from your use of the website, or from your reliance on its content.
