Wall graphics, murals and frosted glass for offices and boardrooms

Prodigy Graphics makes office branding in Cape Town, from our studio in Plumstead. We design and print reception signs, wall graphics and lettering, boardroom murals, frosted glass manifestation and printed panels. Our office work includes Be Awesome Today wall lettering and printed acrylic panels for Maxxess Solutions. We also printed geometric ceiling panels for an office refit and made a layered wooden world map for a corridor.

01What we make for you

Printing and signage for offices & corporate

Reception signs

We put your name and logo on the wall that visitors see first, in 3D letters, printed panels or cut vinyl. For Maxxess Solutions we printed a row of bright acrylic panels that repeat the logo in different colours.

Wall lettering

We cut wall lettering from vinyl, such as Be Awesome Today and First I drink coffee, then I do things. One kitchen wall has a What's cooking speech bubble.

Murals for boardrooms and breakaway rooms

Our office murals include a monochrome Table Mountain and surf mural behind a boardroom table and underwater reef scenes in office booths. Another shows bridge skyline silhouettes behind the seating.

Frosted glass for safety and privacy

Frosted manifestation makes glass partitions easy to see, so nobody walks into them. It also gives meeting rooms privacy. Our hexagon frost runs as a band across an office glass wall.

Feature pieces and ceilings

We made a layered, multi-tone wooden world map for an office corridor. For an office refit we printed geometric ceiling panels and a flowing wave graphic.

03More information

Reception signs

Visitors look at the reception wall to check that they are in the right place. It can show your name in 3D letters, a lit logo or printed panels. For Maxxess Solutions we made bright acrylic panels that repeat the logo across the wall in different colours. See more in our office wall graphics.

Wall lettering and murals

Cut vinyl lettering is a quick way to put your company’s sayings on the wall. Our office lettering includes Be Awesome Today, “Welcome home, oops, we meant welcome to work” and First I drink coffee, then I do things. One teal kitchen wall has a What’s cooking speech bubble.

Murals cover whole walls. We printed a monochrome Table Mountain and surf scene behind a boardroom table, and underwater reef murals for two booths. Our panoramic Table Mountain and beach murals run around a whole room and along a corridor. In our office refit we printed a teal geometric ceiling panel over the meeting tables. We also ran a flowing line graphic along the wall of the lounge. Read more about wall graphics and decals and custom wallpaper and murals.

Glass partitions and boardrooms

Open-plan offices often have a lot of glass. Frosted film makes the glass easy to see and gives meeting rooms privacy. It still lets the light through. Our window film projects include a hexagon pattern in a band across office partitions. They also include printed frosting on a large boardroom window. See window film and frosting for the options. You can choose plain frost or film with your logo cut into it.

Feature pieces

Some walls suit an object better than a print. Our world maps include a layered, multi-tone laser-cut wooden map along an office corridor. We can also make the map in cork or print it as world map wallpaper. See laser and CNC cutting. Framed prints and canvas also work well in meeting rooms and passages.

FAQ

Common questions

Have another question? Contact us or read the full FAQ.

01What is glass manifestation and does my office need it?
Manifestation is a band of frosting, dots or graphics on glass doors and partitions. It makes the glass easy to see, so nobody walks into it. If your office has full-height glass, we recommend it. It can be plain frosting, a pattern like our hexagon band, or your logo.
02Can wall graphics come off when we move out?
Usually, yes. You can remove cut vinyl lettering and many printed wall graphics later, which is useful in a rented office. Removing them can lift weak or fresh paint. If the wall must come clean, tell us when you ask for a quote, and we will suggest the right material.
03Can you work from our brand guidelines?
Yes. Send us your brand guide and logo files, if possible as vector files (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF). We will match your colours and fonts on signs, walls and glass.
04How do I brief you for an office fit-out?
Send a floor plan, or photos of each wall and glass partition with measurements. Add your logo and any messages or images you like. We will send you ideas for each room and a quote. If the office is still being built, contact us early so we can plan lit signs and wall finishes in time.
