01What we make for you

Printing and signage for homes & interiors

A feature wall

We print one wall behind the bed or sofa to its exact size. Designs include oversized peonies, a misty forest, a tree-lined avenue and tropical leaves.

Rooms that are hard to paper

We paper attic rooms, landings and narrow bathrooms. In one attic room, birch trees run up the sloped walls. In a narrow bathroom, a fynbos and forest mural covers the walls.

Kids' rooms

We have papered a child's room with vintage cars and a nursery with robots. Self-adhesive wallpaper can come off again when you want a new design.

Wood and brick textures

Wallpaper printed with brick, weathered wood or whitewashed planks gives a wall the look of texture without cladding. In one bedroom we covered a bare white wall with whitewashed wood-plank wallpaper.

Canvas prints, glass film and house signs

We print your own photographs on canvas or as framed fine art prints. We also print film for glass door panes and make lit house signs for boundary walls.

03More information

Feature walls and full murals

Most people start with one wall, behind the bed, the sofa or the dining table. Our home murals include oversized dark peonies behind a wooden bed and a misty forest behind a white four-poster. Others show a monochrome tree-lined avenue and a black and white road cyclist at speed. Murals also suit small rooms. A fynbos and forest mural covers the walls of one narrow bathroom, and black and white jungle leaves fill a guest toilet. We print each mural to the size of the wall, as our wallpaper and murals page explains.

Wallpaper for a new home

A new house usually has plain walls in every room. Our new home wallpapers include birch trees up the sloped walls of an attic room and vintage cars in a child’s room. There is pale damask on a landing, red brick between two windows and a patterned small bathroom. Behind one bed there is a soft sky and mountain mural. We suggest plain or soft designs in most rooms and a bold pattern in only one or two. This stops the house from looking too busy.

How we hang wallpaper

Our wood wallpaper install shows each step. First there is a bare white bedroom wall. Then our installer hangs the whitewashed wood-plank paper one length at a time. The last photo shows the finished wall. Wallpaper printed to look like wood or brick suits kitchens, studies and bedrooms, and needs no building work.

Before we hang any paper, the wall must be smooth, solid and dry. Fill any cracks and let fresh paint cure. Send us photos so we can check for damp or uneven plaster before we quote.

Canvas prints, glass film and house signs

We print your own photographs on canvas or fine art paper, stretched or framed. One example is the large framed print of a white horse in our canvas and fine art work. We also print film for glass door panes. In our window film projects, a Rembrandt portrait and Girl with a Pearl Earring are printed across the panes of wooden glass doors. At the gate, a lit house sign like 4 on Swallow helps visitors find your house at night.

FAQ

Common questions

Have another question? Contact us or read the full FAQ.

01How much wallpaper do I need for my wall?
We work this out for you. Measure the full width and height of the wall, in millimetres if you can. Note any doors, windows and plug points, and send us a photo of the wall taken straight on. We print to your measurements, so you do not need to work out rolls or pattern waste. We add a small extra amount for trimming.
02Do you hang wallpaper in homes?
Yes. We hang wallpaper in homes in the Southern Suburbs and other areas. The wall needs to be smooth, clean and dry. New paint needs time to cure first. We will tell you what your wall needs when we quote.
03Can I have a family photo printed on canvas?
Yes. Send the original file from your camera or phone. A copy from WhatsApp or social media is compressed and too small. We check that the photo has enough detail for the size you want. If it does not, we tell you before we print.
04Can wallpaper go on a sloped attic wall?
Yes. The birch tree paper in one of our attic rooms runs up the sloped walls. Slopes and angles need exact measurements, so send photos from a few angles with your measurements.
